The price
The list price is $39/m² ($49/m² for the lots on the main road), with −10% on every lot, cash or financed. Lots start at $28,080, from 800 to 1,190 m².
Two or three lots side by side
If you buy adjacent lots (2 or 3), the largest keeps −10% and the others go to −15%.
Owner financing
No bank: you pay us directly. From $650/month at 9% fixed per year on the financed part, flexible, with no penalty for paying early. The payment plan is confirmed in writing before signing.
Reserve, then sign
$1,000 per lot takes it off the market. You then sign the deed at the lawyer’s office.
Can a foreigner buy?
Yes. The public deed (escritura) is 100% in your name and registered; your passport is enough.
After the purchase
Water and electricity connection is available, and the community fee is 5 córdobas per m² per year. When you are ready, our team can build your house, like Villa Mariposa.
