Can a foreigner buy land in Nicaragua?
Yes. The public deed (escritura) is 100% in your name and registered; your passport is enough. You sign at the lawyer’s office.
How do I reserve a lot?
$1,000 per lot takes it off the market. You then sign at the lawyer’s office. Write to us on WhatsApp with the lot number.
Is there water and electricity?
Yes: water and electricity connection available. Roads and drainage are kept up, with a gated entrance.
How does owner financing work?
From $650/month at 9% fixed per year. Flexible, with no penalty for paying early. The payment plan is confirmed in writing before signing.
Where is it, and how far are the beaches?

What is there in Escamequita village?
